Yes, we can arrange for a rental car pick-up outside normal office hours from Auckland Airport and Christchurch Airport. If you are collecting a vehicle after hours, our reservations team will email you an ‘After Hours’ pick-up form which you will need to complete, sign, and fax or email back to us prior to your pick-up date to ensure a vehicle is waiting for you.
We will advise the pick-up location and further instructions upon receipt of the completed ‘After Hours’ form.
Please Note: After Hours pick-up fees may apply and will be displayed during the booking process.

In the unfortunate event your vehicle breaks down, please call 0800 296 879 and select Option 3. This will connect you to our 24 hour Roadside Assistance service.
If we cannot get your vehicle fixed within a reasonable time frame or it is not fixable, Yourway rental car will get a replacement vehicle to you within 24 hours (depending on vehicle availability).

Unfortunately this is not possible as Yourway does not have an office in Wellington or Picton. If you are travelling between the North Island & South Island you will need to take the vehicle across on the ferry. This way you can just drive on – enjoy your ferry crossing – and drive off on arrival to continue your adventure!

Yes, we can arrange for you to drop off the rental car outside normal business hours at Auckland Airport and Christchurch Airport. If you are returning a vehicle after hours our reservations team will email you an ‘After Hours’ form which you will need to complete, sign, and fax or email back to us prior to your pick-up date.
We will provide further instructions regarding the drop off and closing of your rental upon receipt of the completed ‘After Hours’ form.

If you are on the road with one of our rental cars and would like to keep the car for a few more days, you can call our reservations team to request an extension. If the extension is authorised, this will be at the same per day rate of your original booking.
Please note that all extensions are subject to availability and must be authorised by our reservations team. If the vehicle is not available for extension it must be returned to the correct location on the correct date. Failure to do so may result in a fee up to $500.
